About the role
We are looking for a Principal Adviser – Change to support the Health, Safety, Extract & Process (HSEC & E&P) workstreams within the Modern ERP Program, ensuring that change impacts are understood, planned for and effectively managed throughout the Realise and Deploy phases.
This is a great opportunity for a highly organised, adaptable change practitioner who enjoys partnering with technical teams, juggling multiple priorities and shaping practical change solutions that support successful deployment. This Fixed Term Contract opportunity is offered on a hybrid working basis from either our Brisbane or Perth Hubs.
Reporting to the Change Manager, and working in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment within the Modern ERP (M‑ERP) Program, you will be:

Collaborating with GPO SMEs and the Manager Change to design change management plans for the HSEC & E&P workstreams

Working with GPO SMEs and the Manager Training to ensure training programs meet the needs of end users

Supporting stakeholder identification and mapping, and partnering with the communications team to develop targeted engagement materials

Tracking and reporting on change progress using agreed metrics and KPIs

Supporting regional change impact assessments and ensuring impacts are reflected in training and communication plans

Scheduling solution walkthroughs and demos with local teams and HSEC/E&P stakeholders, escalating issues where required
About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

Proven experience leading or supporting change for large‑scale, technical or enterprise transformations

Strong understanding of end‑user adoption, training delivery and communications in complex environments

Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and manage multiple stakeholders with confidence

Exposure to change management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering practical solutions

Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with the ability to flex across competing priorities

We’re modernising a 20‑year‑old ERP system and redesigning core business processes to improve safety, efficiency and ignite innovation.
