Información sobre el rol
Buscamos Licenciado/a o Técnico/a en Higiene y Seguridad Laboral, cuya responsabilidad será, identificar, evaluar y controlar las prácticas en campo relacionadas a Salud, Seguridad, Medio Ambiente y Calidad. Implementando y supervisando los programas de seguridad e higiene, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas legales, estándares y procedimientos vigentes de la compañía, adoptado las mejores prácticas para el área.
Al trabajar en un equipo diverso de Seguridad y Salud, podrá:
- Supervisar tareas críticas en campo.
- Asegurar la implementación de actividades derivadas de los sistemas de gestión de salud, seguridad y requisitos legales.
- Monitorear temas de Salud y Seguridad acorde a requerimientos definidos.
- Cumplir y dar seguimientos a monitoreos de ambiente de trabajo de acuerdo con la programación del área.
- Cumplir y dictar capacitaciones de Seguridad de acuerdo con PAF vigente y temáticas designadas en materia de higiene y seguridad.
Información sobre usted
- Un compromiso con su seguridad y la de su equipo.
- Formación: Lic. en Higiene y Seguridad Laboral o Técnico/a en Higiene y Seguridad.
- Experiencia: Se requiere experiencia en control y cumplimiento de procedimientos de trabajo seguro, preferentemente adquirida en plantas industriales de envergadura.
- Valoramos: Conocimiento de Sistemas de Gestión y formación en Normas ISO.
- Habilidades: Análisis y observación, buen manejo de relaciones y capacidad de comunicación e investigación de incidentes/accidentes.
