Nous sommes à la recherche de cinq (5) Assistants Administratifs pour assurer un support administratif et opérationnel au département de l’usine de traitement minier. Ils/Elles contribueront à la bonne intégration du personnel, à la coordination des activités de l’équipe et au bon fonctionnement des opérations. Ils/Elles veilleront à la gestion efficace des documents, de la planification et du reporting afin de garantir la conformité et la performance. Ils/Elles agiront également comme point de liaison entre les différentes fonctions pour la gestion des données, les déplacements et visas, la logistique, l’hébergement, le suivi des dépenses, l’organisation d’événements et la coordination des ressources

Poste basé à Conakry, ouvert aux Candidats Guinéens uniquement avec un contrat de travail local.
Ils/elles auront les responsabilités suivantes :
- Assurer la coordination avec les départements transverses (HSEC, entrepôt, formation) afin de faciliter l’intégration du personnel (EPI, équipements IT, postes de travail, hébergement).
- Préparer, mettre à jour et maintenir les documents du département (ordres de travail, rapports de production, journaux de maintenance, documents HSE), ainsi que rédiger et traduire les correspondances professionnelles.
- Gérer la planification et le suivi administratif (roster, matrice de formation, calendrier des réunions, demandes et approbations de visas et déplacements).
- Assister à la planification des activités (maintenance, arrêts techniques, réunions) et coordonner les déplacements, l’hébergement et la logistique du personnel et des prestataires.
- Assurer la saisie, la validation et le suivi des données dans le système de maintenance (CMMS), ainsi que produire des rapports périodiques (performance, KPI, utilisation des ressources).
- Soutenir les activités d’approvisionnement et de gestion des stocks (demandes d’achat, suivi des livraisons, coordination avec l’entrepôt, disponibilité des pièces et consommables).
- Servir de point de contact principal pour les demandes internes et externes, préparer les réunions (ordres du jour, comptes rendus) et veiller au respect des politiques, normes HSE et exigences de conformité (audits, mise à jour des dossiers).
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Avoir un diplôme universitaire en Administration des Affaires, Sociologie, Sciences Economiques et Juridiques, Sciences de l'Environnement ou apparentée ou domaine technique équivalent) justifié et disposer de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions administratives, de préférence dans le secteur minier, industriel ou sur des projets de grande envergure.
- Travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires et évoluer dans des environnements multiculturels (atout).
- Démontrer une connaissance des environnements de maintenance ou d’usine de traitement (atout).
- Avoir une maîtriser de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ainsi que les outils de messagerie et de gestion de calendrier et une expérience des systèmes de GMAO (SAP, Pronto ou équivalent) et comprendre les processus de maintenance.
- Assurer une saisie de données fiable et produire des rapports avec rigueur tout en garantissant un bon contrôle documentaire.
- Démontrer d’excellentes capacités d’organisation et de gestion du temps.
- Communiquer efficacement à l’oral et à l’écrit en français et en anglais ; maîtriser le chinois constitue un atout et faire preuve d’autonomie, travailler sous pression, respecter les délais et garantir la confidentialité

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
