Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Formateur(trice) & Évaluateur(trice) des Opérateurs MPP qui sera chargé(e) de former, évaluer et développer les compétences des opérateurs d’équipements de manutention et de traitement du minerai, notamment les Stackers, Reclaimers, Concasseurs (Crushers) et TLO.
Le titulaire du poste jouera un rôle essentiel dans le développement des compétences techniques des opérateurs, le renforcement de la culture de sécurité et l’amélioration continue de la performance opérationnelle.
Ce poste offre une excellente opportunité de contribuer à la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques opérationnelles au sein d’un environnement minier moderne et dynamique. Vous travaillerez avec des équipes multiculturelles et participerez activement au développement des talents locaux.
Vous ferez partie d’une équipe dynamique où règne l’entraide et la collaboration. Votre responsable vous accompagnera dans votre développement professionnel et vous aidera à atteindre vos objectifs ainsi que ceux de l’équipe.
Poste basé à Canga (Beyla), uniquement ouvert aux Guinéens avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du Spécialiste des Opérations MPP, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :
- Former et évaluer les opérateurs sur les équipements MPP (Stacker, Reclaimer, Crusher et TLO) afin d'assurer une exploitation sécuritaire, efficace et conforme aux standards opérationnels.
- Développer et déployer les programmes de formation, les procédures opérationnelles standardisées (SOP) et les outils d’évaluation des compétences conformément aux recommandations des fabricants et aux meilleures pratiques de l’industrie.
- Animer des formations théoriques et pratiques adaptées aux réalités du terrain et assurer le développement continu des compétences des opérateurs.
- Promouvoir et faire respecter les normes de santé, sécurité et environnement, ainsi que les bonnes pratiques opérationnelles auprès de toutes les équipes.
- Accompagner et coacher les opérateurs, identifier les talents à fort potentiel et contribuer aux initiatives de développement des compétences nationales, de diversité et d’inclusion.
- Assurer le suivi administratif des formations et des évaluations, notamment la documentation des compétences et la mise à jour des bases de données et systèmes de gestion de l’apprentissage.
- Contribuer à l’excellence opérationnelle en favorisant la culture 5S, l’amélioration continue, l’optimisation des performances des équipements et la continuité des opérations lorsque nécessaire.
- Diplôme technique reconnu en opérations industrielles, maintenance d’équipements rotatifs ou domaine équivalent.
- Toute formation supérieure additionnelle sera considérée comme un atout.
- Expérience démontrée dans l’exploitation d’équipements de manutention de vrac tels que Tandem Tippler, Stacker/Reclaimer, Barge Loader ou Shiploader.
- Expérience dans l’utilisation d’équipements mobiles tels que concasseurs mobiles, télé-stackers, chargeuses, bouteurs, niveleuses, camions miniers ou excavatrices.
- Une expérience dans les opérations minières, portuaires ou d’exportation constitue un avantage
- Une expérience en formation, évaluation ou développement des compétences opérationnelles est fortement souhaitée.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.

Offers and checks
At this stage, we will let you know if you have been successful. If you have been, we’ll need to conduct a couple of checks, such as a background or security check. You may also need to do a medical assessment depending on the role you have applied for.
