About the Roles
We are looking for people who are motivated to learn, committed to safety, and ready to build a long-term career to join our Apprenticeship Program in February 2027. Our program aims to cultivate skills through specially designed learning pathways which include both on and off the job training, with program participants having access to world leading technology and industry leaders.
During the program you will work towards a nationally recognised qualification, whilst receiving on-going mentoring and structured support from Supervisors, Tradespeople, Talent Development Advisors, and Indigenous Support Officers to ensure you are set up for success, establishing a long-term career within our business.

We offer a Mechanical Fitter (Fixed Plant) – Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade Apprenticeship
- Mechanical fitters work on equipment that is fixed to the ground such as crushers, conveyors, and reclaimers. Our fixed plant equipment is vital for supporting the processing, transporting, and loading of our iron ore across our operations
About You
- Have the right to work in Australia.
- Must be currently living in Western Australia
- Hold a current C class manual drivers’ licence with a minimum of red ‘P’ plates
- Be 18 years or older for FIFO applicants, from the 1st of February 2027 .
- Completion of a pre-apprenticeship in a relevant discipline is advantageous, but not essential.

Our Process:
Step one: Please apply and complete all application questions. You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been submitted.

Step two: As part of pre-screening, you may be required to complete an on-line assessment. Please ensure you access your emails (including spam) regularly, to avoid disappointment and complete the assessments within the allocated timeframes given.
Step three: Selected candidates will be contacted by a Recruitment Team member who will validate your application and invite you to our “Recruitment Day” to meet with the Hiring Leaders and be assessed for the role you have chosen.

Offers and checks
At this stage, we will let you know if you have been successful. If you have been, we’ll need to conduct a couple of checks, such as a background or security check. You may also need to do a medical assessment depending on the role you have applied for.
