Nous sommes à la recherche d’un (1) Conseiller HR qui aura la charge de fournir un soutien aux partenaires d'affaires, leaders et employés. Il assure la mise en œuvre des politiques RH, soutient les activités de relations de travail, de gestion de la performance, de développement des talents et veille au respect des lois du travail ainsi que des normes de santé et sécurité applicables au sein de la compagnie.

Relevant du Surintendant HR, il/elle aura les responsabilités suivantes :
- Soutenir les leaders et les partenaires d'affaires des ressources humaines dans la mise en œuvre de projets opérationnels et d'activités annuelles récurrentes, comme la révision salariale, la revue des talents et la gestion de la performance ;
- Prodiguer les conseils sur les politiques et procédures des ressources humaines, les relations avec les employés, la performance, le travail et les questions réglementaires ;
- Formuler les commentaires sur les politiques, les procédures et les programmes aux champs d’expertise, tout en encadrant les leaders afin de favoriser l'établissement de relations efficaces au travail et d'améliorer le niveau de compétences en matière de gestion des employés ;
- Assurer le développement des compétences et prodiguer des conseils, du soutien et de l'encadrement relativement à l'utilisation des systèmes de ressources humaines (p.ex. rémunération/avantages sociaux, gestion de la performance) ;
- Effectuer les enquêtes en cas de violation des politiques et procédures ;
- Diriger les projets spéciaux et d’autres initiatives (p.ex. embauche d’employés, amélioration de la performance et des capacités, initiatives de recrutement et de fidélisation) ;
- Déterminer les initiatives d'amélioration des processus de ressources humaines.
- Assurer le respect de la législation du travail et des clauses contractuelles, lorsque applicable
- Gérer les dossiers de relations de travail, enquêtes et conflits en milieu de travail.
- Maintenir les dossiers du personnel à jour
- Produire et analyser les indicateurs RH (effectifs, absentéisme, roulement, etc.)
- Promouvoir une culture de santé et sécurité, de respect en milieu de travail et articiper aux enquêtes d'incidents lorsque requis.
- Soutenir les programmes de bien-être, de diversité et d'inclusion.Organiser les programmes d'accueil et d'intégration des nouveaux employés
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Avoir un diplôme universitaire en Gestion des Ressources Humaines ou d’autre discipline connexe et disposer d’un minimum de 8 à 10 ans d’expérience à un poste similaire ;(RH /relation avec les employés dans une compagnie minière est hautement souhaitable) ;
- Avoir une expérience de travail d’un environnement multiculturel et d’une organisation matricielle
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise en communication (écrit/parlé) de préférence bilingue (Français/l’anglais)
- Être proactif, rigoureux, axé sur le résultat, avec un souci du détail et un sens élevé de confidentialité
- Avoir des compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes complexes ;
- Avoir de fortes compétences éprouvées en tant que membre de l’équipe et une capacité démontrée à diriger des projets ;
- Avoir de bonnes compétences en informatique et capable de travailler sans supervision
- Avoir un bon niveau d’utilisation d'outils d'automatisation des processus RH et des outils de reporting RH

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
