About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Analyst to support the North American Sales team with all aspects of book management and C2C execution including front-end support, pricing management, order and sales planning, delivery coordination, customer relationship management, and contract negotiation and execution.
In this role you will support the Sales Team and Customers and be the first point of contact for business-as-usual customer requests including volume declarations, scheduling requests and will work closely with Portfolio, Scheduling teams, Commercial Services & Logistics to ensure on time delivery of contracted volumes and associated documentation.
At same time you will support Operations with trade-off strategies or support, including but not limited to liaising with third parties and managing associated documentation.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will:

Be the first point of contact for customers for daily requests; support Sales Managers for other customer requests as needed

Ensure customer requests are properly prioritized and managed to provide excellent and seamless customer experience

Manage & optimize monthly demand forecasts, inventory, and contractual obligations to ensure optimal working capital levels and on time in full delivery to customers
-
Work with the Commercial Services and Scheduling teams to successfully execute on trades/sales.

Ensure adherence to contracts, drive excellence in contract execution, and manage day-to-day contractual elements such as pricing and volume declarations
-
Build and Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including Customers, Logistics, and Operations.

Over time develop and expand your understanding of the market, supply & demand drivers, and key trends

Support the Commercial Team as needed on Book Strategy formation and negotiation mandates, accounts receivable, and contract management
-
Participate in Digital transformation projects as needed according to prioritization and team workload requirements
About you
-

3 Years professional work experience in B2B, customer facing roles, ideally in metals, mining, or related industries (bachelor’s degree in technical field could reduce professional experience requirement)

A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred (Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields)

Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability
-
A passion for learning and developing a career in an industry that provides materials essential to human progress.

Solution and customer driven perspective, with good understanding of nuances between independence, to timely and needed escalation.

Nous cherchons un(e) analyste, Service à la clientèle, pour soutenir l’équipe des ventes en Amérique du Nord dans tous les aspects liés à la gestion des commandes et à l’exécution des opérations Du contrat au paiement (C2C), notamment l’assistance client, la gestion des tarifs, la planification des commandes et des ventes, la coordination des livraisons, la gestion des relations clients, ainsi que la négociation et l’exécution des contrats.
Dans ce poste, vous soutiendrez l’équipe des ventes et les clients et serez le premier point de contact des clients pour répondre aux demandes courantes, y compris les déclarations de volume et les demandes de planification, et vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Portefeuille, Planification, Services commerciaux et Logistique pour assurer la livraison dans les délais prévus des volumes de contrats et de la documentation connexe.

Être le premier point de contact des clients pour répondre aux demandes quotidiennes; soutenir les chefs de service, Ventes, pour les autres demandes des clients (selon les besoins).

Veiller à ce que les demandes des clients soient correctement hiérarchisées et gérées en vue d’offrir une expérience client excellente et harmonieuse.

Gérer et optimiser les prévisions mensuelles de la demande, les stocks et les obligations contractuelles afin d’assurer des niveaux optimaux de fonds de roulement ainsi qu’une livraison complète et à temps pour les clients.

Travailler avec les équipes Services commerciaux et Planification pour exécuter efficacement les transactions et les ventes.

Veiller au respect des contrats, favoriser l’excellence dans leur exécution et gérer les aspects contractuels quotidiens, tels que la tarification et les déclarations de volume.

Nouer et maintenir les relations avec les principales parties prenantes internes et externes, notamment les clients ainsi que les équipes Logistique et Opérations.

Approfondir avec le temps votre connaissance du marché, des facteurs d’offre et de demande et des tendances clés.

Soutenir l’équipe des Affaires commerciales, selon les besoins, dans l’élaboration de stratégies relatives aux carnets de commandes ainsi que dans la négociation des mandats, les comptes clients et la gestion des contrats.

3 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans des fonctions interentreprises (B2B) en contact avec la clientèle, de préférence dans les secteurs de la métallurgie, de l’exploitation minière ou dans des secteurs connexes (un diplôme de baccalauréat dans un domaine technique pourrait réduire les exigences en matière d’expérience professionnelle).

Diplôme de baccalauréat dans un domaine technique (administration des affaires, ingénierie, logistique, marketing ou domaine connexe), un atout.

Solides capacités de raisonnement analytique et de résolution de problèmes.
