Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Superviseur de la zone de Stockage et des Operations de Chargement (TLO) qui auront en charge de Superviser la zone de stockage (stock yard) et les opérations de chargement des trains (TLO) durant la phase d’Operations Readiness afin de garantir une gestion sûre, efficace et précise du minerai et des matériaux, mais aussi de coordonner la gestion des stocks, les activités de mélange (blending) et les opérations de chargement afin d’atteindre les objectifs de production et de qualité

Poste basé à Canga (Beyla) uniquement ouverts aux Guinéens avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du Surintendant des équipements & Installations, le Superviseur, aura les responsabilités suivantes :
Gestion des opérations de la zone de stockage
- Planifier et superviser les activités de constitution, de reprise et de mélange des stocks afin de garantir une qualité d’alimentation constante.
- Surveiller les performances des équipements de la zone de stockage et coordonner la maintenance selon les besoins.
- Tenir des registres précis des mouvements de matériaux et des inventaires des stocks.
Opérations de chargement des trains (TLO)
- Superviser les activités de chargement des trains pour garantir la conformité avec les plans de chargement et les exigences de répartition du poids.
- Coordonner avec les équipes des opérations ferroviaires et de la logistique afin d’optimiser les temps de rotation des trains.
- Assurer la tenue précise de la documentation relative au chargement des trains et le reporting aux parties prenantes concernée.
Conformité en matière de sécurité et d’environnement
- Faire respecter strictement les protocoles de sécurité, l’utilisation des EPI et les mesures de contrôle des risques lors des opérations de la zone de stockage et des opérations TLO.
- Veiller au respect des normes environnementales et mettre en place des mesures pour réduire la poussière et les déversements.
Formation et développement des compétences
- Assurer la formation et l’accompagnement des opérateurs sur les bonnes pratiques de sécurité et d’efficacité liées a la zone de stockage et au TLO.
- Encadrer les membres de l’équipe afin de renforcer leurs compétences techniques et de promouvoir l’mélioration continue.
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Avoir une licence en Mine, Ingénierie ou dans une discipline connexe (les certifications en manutention de vrac ou en opérations ferroviaires constituent un atout) et disposer de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de parcs à stocks et les opérations de chargement de trains au sein de l’industrie minière ou d’industries lourdes,
- Avoir une expérience attestée dans l’exploitation d’installations de manutention de vrac de grande capacité ou d’unités de traitement industriel lourd (déversement de wagons, empilage, reprise, chargement de barges, concassage, criblage, convoyage, broyage, enrichissement).
- Avoir une solide compréhension des exigences HSE, des procédures d’isolement/LOTO, des espaces confinés, du travail en hauteur et des systèmes de permis de travail, de préférable des projets miniers d’envergure inclusive
- Avoir une maîtrise des systèmes de manutention de matériaux, des équipements de chargement de trains et des systèmes de contrôle associés
- Avoir une compréhension approfondie de la gestion des stocks, des techniques de mélange et de la coordination logistique
- Avoir d’excellentes compétences organisationnelles, de leadership et de communication de préférence bilingue français/anglais

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
