Au sujet du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche de trois Scheduleurs Maintenance Usine, dont deux Scheduleurs Maintenance Usine et un Scheduleur Arrêts d’Usine, chargés d’élaborer et de coordonner les calendriers de maintenance des installations fixes afin de garantir une exécution sûre, efficace et rentable des travaux. Ils contribueront à optimiser la disponibilité des équipements, la fiabilité des actifs et l’utilisation des ressources, tout en assurant le respect des échéanciers et des objectifs opérationnels en collaboration avec les équipes Maintenance, Opérations, Ingénierie et les Contractants.

Postes basés à Canga, ouverts aux Candidats Guinéens uniquement avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du Surintendant planification et ingénierie, ils/elles auront les responsabilités ci-dessous :
Santé, Sécurité & Conformité :
- Promouvoir une culture zéro incident en veillant au respect des exigences HSE, des procédures de levage, des permis de travail et des standards de sécurité applicables aux activités de maintenance et aux arrêts d’usine.
- S’assurer que les ressources, équipements, contractants, certifications et autorisations requis sont conformes et disponibles avant l’exécution des travaux planifiés.
Ordonnancement de la Maintenance & des Arrêts :
- Élaborer, coordonner et maintenir les calendriers de maintenance à court, moyen et long terme, ainsi que les programmes détaillés des arrêts d’usine intégrant les activités de maintenance, projets et travaux réglementaires.
- Définir les séquences de travaux, dépendances, jalons et chemins critiques afin d’optimiser l’exécution des activités tout en respectant les priorités opérationnelles.
Coordination des Ressources & Préparation des Travaux :
- Assurer la disponibilité de la main-d’œuvre, des contractants, des équipements, de l’outillage, des matériaux et des services nécessaires à l’exécution des travaux.
- Identifier les contraintes de ressources, coordonner avec les équipes concernées et garantir que les plans de travail, permis et ressources sont prêts avant la mise au calendrier.
Gestion du Chemin Critique & Performance des Calendriers :
- Développer et suivre les calendriers à l’aide des outils de planification approuvés, en analysant les chemins critiques, les risques et les impacts potentiels sur les échéances.
- Surveiller l’avancement des travaux, gérer les écarts, recommander des actions correctives et contribuer à l’optimisation continue des programmes d’exécution.
Exécution, Suivi & Reporting :
- Assurer le suivi quotidien de l’exécution des travaux et des arrêts, mettre à jour les calendriers selon l’avancement réel et identifier les activités émergentes ou les retards.
- Produire des rapports de performance fiables, suivre les jalons clés et communiquer l’état d’avancement aux parties prenantes concernées.
Gestion du CMMS & Collaboration :
- Maintenir l’intégrité des données de planification dans SAP, Pronto, Maximo ou tout autre CMMS, en garantissant la qualité des informations et la bonne gestion des ordres de travail.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Maintenance, Opérations, Ingénierie, Fiabilité, Projets et Contractants afin d’assurer l’alignement des activités et l’atteinte des objectifs opérationnels.
Amélioration Continue :
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus, outils et pratiques de planification et d’ordonnancement afin d’accroître l’efficacité des interventions et la performance des actifs.
- Exploiter les données historiques, les analyses de performance et les leçons apprises pour réduire les risques, les durées d’arrêt et les travaux réactifs.
Indicateurs de Performance (KPI) :
- Suivre les indicateurs clés liés à la conformité des calendriers, au respect des durées d’arrêt, à l’atteinte des jalons, à la gestion des travaux planifiés et à l’utilisation efficace des ressources.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration de la disponibilité des installations, de la fiabilité des équipements, de la précision des prévisions, de la performance des arrêts et de la réduction des écarts de planification.
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme en Ingénierie, Maintenance ou dans un domaine connexe, avec une certification reconnue en planification, gestion de projets, levage ou systèmes de gestion de maintenance (Primavera P6, PMP, SAP PM, CMMS ou équivalent constituant un atout).
- Justifier d’au moins trois (3) à cinq (5) années d’expérience en planification, ordonnancement ou logistique de maintenance, idéalement dans les secteurs minier, industriel lourd ou pétrochimique, incluant les arrêts d’usine.
- Posséder une solide connaissance des processus de gestion des travaux de maintenance, de la planification des ressources, du Critical Path Method (CPM), du nivellement des ressources et de l’ordonnancement des activités complexes.
- Démontrer d’excellentes capacités d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes, d’organisation et de gestion des priorités, avec une attention particulière aux détails et une aptitude à travailler efficacement sous pression.
- Faire preuve de solides compétences en communication, coordination et gestion des parties prenantes, avec un fort esprit d’équipe et une orientation vers l’amélioration continue et l’atteinte des objectifs opérationnels.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
