Nous sommes à la recherche de deux Officiers entrepôt qui seront chargés de la réception et de la sortie sécurisées des pièces, en travaillant efficacement au sein d’une équipe. Ils seront également responsables de la vérification des pièces reçues des fournisseurs et de notre entrepôt externe, ainsi que de leur enregistrement précis dans SAP.
Ce poste offrira une excellente opportunité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution rapide, où vos efforts auront un impact direct sur le récit et l'identité de notre entreprise.

Postes basés à Conakry, ouverts aux Candidats Guinéens uniquement avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du Superviseur entrepôt, Ils/elles auront les responsabilités ci-dessous :
- Participer à la réunion quotidienne de début de poste et contribuer activement aux discussions relatives à la sécurité.
- Vérifier toutes les factures reçues des fournisseurs afin de garantir l’exactitude des pièces et des quantités livrées.
- Enregistrer dans SAP les pièces reçues de l’entrepôt des fournisseurs, tout en assurant une gestion rigoureuse des courriels provenant du site, des fournisseurs et de l’équipe Simfer.
- Assurer la gestion physique des stocks et l’émission des pièces dans SAP, tout en signalant au superviseur tout incident ou événement présentant un risque pour la sécurité.
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme en logistique ou dans un domaine connexe et justifier d’une expérience préalable en gestion de magasin ou d’entrepôt.
- Démontrer un engagement avéré envers la sécurité, tant dans les opérations quotidiennes que dans les activités à haut risque.
- Avoir la capacité d’interagir de manière proactive avec les clients et de les accompagner, tout en incarnant les comportements et les valeurs attendus des employés de Rio Tinto et de Simfer.
- Faire preuve d’un grand souci du détail et de la précision, d’excellentes aptitudes au travail d’équipe et à la collaboration, ainsi que de flexibilité et de la capacité à prioriser les tâches.
- Maîtriser les outils informatiques, notamment Word, Excel et Outlook, et posséder une expérience de travail avec SAP.
- Disposer de bonnes compétences en communication orale, avec une préférence pour les candidats bilingues (français et anglais).

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
