Reporting into the Superintendent Data Systems – Development, you will:

· Maintain system configurations, reference data, workflows, access controls and supporting documentation to ensure systems remain reliable and fit for purpose.
· Partner with users to understand business requirements and translate them into practical system, data and process improvements.
· Support the testing, implementation and adoption of system enhancements, upgrades and data solutions.
· Develop and maintain data checks, reports and controls to improve data accuracy, completeness and consistency.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen system reliability, operational efficiency and user capability through clear procedures and knowledge sharing.
