Buscamos Jóvenes Profesionales de Ingeniería Química o Industrial (Excluyente) para sumarse al equipo y participar en el análisis, seguimiento y optimización de procesos productivos, con capacidad de resolución de problemas, autonomía en la gestión de tareas y habilidades de planificación, contribuyendo activamente a iniciativas de mejora continua y desarrollo de soluciones técnicas.

Quienes integren el equipo podrán:
- Dar soporte en la planificación y seguimiento de proyectos, actualizando cronogramas, hitos y avances, asegurando la visibilidad del estado de cada iniciativa. Gestión de MOCs.
- Coordinar actividades con equipos multidisciplinarios (producción, mantenimiento, calidad, ingeniería), facilitando la comunicación y alineación durante la puesta en marcha.
- Monitorear indicadores de avance y performance (KPIs), generando reportes periódicos y alertando desvíos respecto a lo planificado.
- Brindar soporte en la gestión de pendientes (issue tracking), registrando, priorizando y dando seguimiento a acciones necesarias para el start‑up.
- Colaborar en la documentación de procesos y lecciones aprendidas, contribuyendo a la estandarización y mejora continua.
- Apoyar en la coordinación logística y operativa del start‑up, asegurando disponibilidad de recursos, materiales y cumplimiento de plazos.
Información sobre usted
- Compromiso con la seguridad propia y la del equipo.
- Estudiante avanzado o graduado/a de Ingeniería Química o Industrial (Excluyente).
- Experiencia en procesos productivos y mejora continua.
- Conocimientos en herramientas de análisis de datos y nociones de optimización de procesos (deseable).

At this stage, we will let you know if you have been successful. If you have been, we’ll need to conduct a couple of checks, such as a background or security check. You may also need to do a medical assessment depending on the role you have applied for.
