About the role
We are looking for a Principal Adviser Enterprise Architecture Governance & Tooling, to lead the evolution of enterprise architecture processes, governance, and tooling across our global Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) function.
This is a great opportunity for a highly analytical, process-driven and collaborative professional to drive consistency, efficiency and maturity across architecture practices in a complex, global organisation. This is a full-time role with flexible working arrangements available, and is to be based in either our Brisbane, Perth or Montreal Hub.
Reporting to the General Manager Enterprise Architecture and working in a collaborative, global team within the Enterprise Architecture function, you will:

Lead the design and continuous improvement of enterprise architecture processes, governance frameworks, and operating models

Establish scalable engagement models between Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Product Groups, and Service Functions

Own and evolve the Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) capability, aligning people, process, data, and technology

Act as Technical Owner for LeanIX, driving adoption, data quality, and continuous platform improvement

Enable integration and alignment across key platforms including ServiceNow, Apptio, SharePoint, and emerging AI capabilities

Produce insights and reporting on application portfolios, lifecycle risks, technical debt, and cost drivers to support executive decision-making

Facilitate governance forums and communities of practice to drive alignment, reuse, and architectural consistency

Build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders to influence outcomes and improve how architecture supports the business
About you
To be successfully considered for this opportunity, candidates must be able to demonstrate:

A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team

Demonstrated experience in enterprise, solution, or business architecture within a large, complex environment

Strong capability in process improvement, governance, and operating model design

Experience working with enterprise architecture tooling (e.g. LeanIX, Bizzdesign, Orbus, Enterprise Architect or similar), alongside experience of Work and Workflow Management solutions (including Azure DevOps, Jira or similar)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data to senior stakeholders

Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
