- Act as the authority for asset information quality, completeness, and readiness.
Project Transition and Handover Readiness
- Lead asset information governance during the transition from project delivery organisations to operations.
- Ensure delivered asset information supports operational handover and progressive project close-out.
- Pragmatically review, challenge, and validate EPC contractor submissions while recognising the realities of early operations.
- Maintain visibility of known gaps, limitations, and residual risks.
EDMS Oversight (Owner's Representative Role)
- Define and govern EDMS structures, metadata requirements, naming conventions, and document status rules.
- Coordinate with IT teams and external service providers for EDMS configuration and support.
- Ensure the EDMS operates as the single source of truth for asset information.
Integration with Operations and Asset Management
- Ensure alignment between the EDMS, asset register, and operational requirements.
- Support Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and HSE teams in accessing and using asset information effectively.
- Enable continuous improvement in asset information maturity over time.
Capability Development
- Train, mentor, and support local Guinean personnel in asset information and document control practices.
- Develop simple procedures and practical guidance that promote consistency and long-term sustainability.

Desirable
Certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification in:
